We offer several plans to help you achieve your goals, in the short, medium and long-term.


The key to making lifestyle changes is consistency, which is why our plans allow you to connect with your ASAME consultant every week at the beginning, then every two weeks, and then every three weeks, as you are getting more confident in your ability to manage your health and follow your personalized plan. You will also benefit from access to resources and individual support between sessions. 

If you prefer more frequent follow-up, no problem - you can add sessions as needed.
